I love Pole Dancing! I love Pole Fitness! Its challenging, fun, and effective! Every woman should try it! The instructors are personable & helpful. Its a cute studio, very intimate and energetic. I've met alot of friends at Chocie training! We rotate classes between bootcamp, Zumba and Boxing! It's a 1 stop fitness Shop! You can choose between Pole Fitness, Burlesque, Bootcamp, zumba, ect...I encourge everyone to check out Choice training! They definitely get the peoples "Choice" award!
