Be aware they are fraudsters, called for my car and we had not even invoiced them the car, they took out finance with out my permission be aware called them they was rude with attitude
Unfortunately, this company isn't worth your time. If you're a business owner looking for finance companies, please avoid them at all costs. We've switched to kandoo finance hoping we'd get more clients as they mentioned the acceptance rate is about 80%, but we've had 0%. We've had at least 10 customers applying through them, yet the company can only find 2 in their stats. They are quite pricey with a set-up amount of over £1000 in addition to direct debit, but we've not got anything in return. No refund either for their poo... read more
I am absolutely shocked at what I am experiencing right now. If you’re considering using this company to offer financial services to your customers then I wouldn’t bother using this service. The incompetence and the unprofessionalism I have experienced here is beyond belief. Their service allows your customers to apply for loans through their panel of lenders.. which your customers could easily do this themselves anywhere on the internet and likely to get a better rate. I am a local business owner we were signed up to this through Mandy and promised great rates of APR. PLEASE NOTE this is a scam! We were charged £1000 to be able to piggyback off the name offering finance through a third-party "kandoo" Please note this is not finance this is a personal loan of which the APR is absolutely ridiculous, we've been with them for three months now I'm not one of a Customers has signed up for the finance due to the extortionate rates they charge. We've just made the move to Kandoo as an alternative way to finance our business mentoring service. The whole team have been incredibly helpful in answering any questions we've had and have been super responsive. The set up process was really smooth and took no time at all. Can't fault the way that the team work at all.
