Every attempt I make to get an updated status on my refund his staff will talk you in circles and provide ZERO support whatsoever. I was instructed to check the portal on IRS which comes back with no data whatsoever as if he never even sent it in, or they tell you to call an IRS number which is a beauticratic and informational dead end.
