Not a fair experience. They are selling glasses more than what you can find online easily; and also a lot of difference in the price range from online. I literally live across the street, would have been a loyal customer but unfortunately the way owner denied about price match was not impressive. If you are buying glasses always try to check online, usually you would find a better price online.
Went in for a routine eye exam and was very pleased with the overall exam and communication from the optician. I usually order glasses online but decided to order in-store and let me tell you these glasses in-store are of much better quality. They worked within my budget too. Overall super happy with the services at this location.
Very bad customer service and making us fool with the discount. Once they know you have insurance the prices go up and the discount somehow they will explain that he will explain that they are give you more discount bit they is no price tag no price written for the lenses they just verbally tells you and the price differ from customer to customer. I referred my friend but they offered different price with the same glasses. I will never visit again
