I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Kanda Optical in Milton. The initial eye exam and prescription were unfortunately inaccurate, requiring a follow-up visit to correct the issue. During my first visit, I was strongly recommended to purchase progressive lenses, even though I only need single vision correction. This occurred while my prescription was still incorrect.
