I recently visited "Kanda Optical" and had a fantastic experience! Deepthi assisted me was extremely helpful, and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and made excellent recommendations. The store had a wide selection of frames and lenses. The overall service was top-notch and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Thanks deepthi for your assistance and care towards customer.

The store was fine enough, expensive, but service started out great. Purchased two pairs of Ray Bans from them after having my old pair of Ray Bans take a beating for over 10 years. One of the pairs I purchased ended up with a cracked lens after a few weeks of regular wear. Honestly not sure what happened, they were not dropped to my knowledge, but were in my truck on a couple of cold nights next to a heat vent. While the doctor was polite I won’t be returning due to their policy regarding pupillary distance. I paid $80 for a 10 minute eye exam and was given a prescription. It did not include my pupillary distance (it’s not always included on prescriptions in Ontario) so I requested it and was told the ladies at the reception would provide me with this number.
