Horrible experiences at Kanda Optical. Owner is not helpful. Spent more than 600 at one visit and the frames were tight on my head. After asking for a possible exchange or refund, they said they couldn’t do anything but put the lenses in another frame which I had to purchase again. After dropping off the frame and lenses to the lab, the lab screws it up, messing up the focal center and everything was straining. My eyes did not adjust what so ever.
