BE CAREFUL‼️ KANDA OPTICAL SELLS FAKE DESIGNER’S GLASSES BUT CHARGE FULL PRICE. They do not offer refunds or exchanges either. TOTAL SCAM‼️‼️ My husband purchased two Gucci glasses from this store two years ago, and one of them showed quality concerns as the hinge screws loosened shortly after purchase, Ihad the same issue with my Bulgari sunglasses, and the gold color of the frame washed away. The sunglasses boxes are not authentic either. TOTAL SCAM‼️‼️
Anju help me to fix my broken glass frame provided excellent service
We recently visited Kandan optical, Confideraton, Eglington. Anju who attended helped us get frames and glasses was an amazing person!! She made us feel very much at home and gave us the top most attention which I never received going to any other optical places in my life time. She was super kind, gentle. Made us feel special!! I've bought at least three pairs of glasses here over the years (Last pairs were bought four years ago). The prices are high but the quality and service are worth it. I'm now ready to buy new glasses since my eye prescription has changed, so I'll be coming here again.
