I had an eye exam booked for Saturday April 25that 5pm. Upon arrival they said it would be a 20 min wait. 45 minutes passed, no one updated me on the wait time. I also don't understand what the point of having an appointment is if there will be a 45+ minutes wait time. You can also call the customer to let them know there will be significant delays instead of lying and saying it will be 20 minutes. Came in to get a pair of glasses fixed, service was excellent and they even repaired them free of charge. Would 100% recommend.
Anju is the best!! She is very patient in helping you pick out any glasses and very knowledgeable about brands and specifics. I highly recommend going to her for any help with glasses or sunglasses!
