Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service for premium priced glasses. I spent over $600 on these glasses just one month ago. After an accident, the hinges became misaligned, a very common issue that any premium optical store should be able to address. I was explicitly told over the phone to bring the glasses in under warranty.
