I am disappointed with my recent purchase with this store. I replaced the lenses in my glasses that I bought from this same location 5 years ago. I did ask for a blue light filter in the lenses, however I wasn't told about the amount of reflection and glare these would have compared to my current lenses. To me, this shows a lack of customer service. They claim to have given me the highest index lenses they offer, but they were thicker than the ones I had even though my prescription hasn't changed.
Amazing quality service, from both the doctor and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!
