I see Andrew for physio, Matt for osteo and Owen for naturopath. These are amazing practitioners who are knowledgeable as well as beautiful human beings. The receptionists at Vitality are also a dream team, organized, accomodating and personable. Highly recommed Vitality Kanata Lakes.
Dr. O’Brien is a great osteopath. I sought his help for neck and jaw tension, and I was impressed by his thorough assessment. He is very professional and pays close attention to the mechanics of how the body moves. If you are looking for someone detail-oriented who provides high-quality care, he is the one to see.
