I have bern going to Victoria Park Medispa-Kanata for 10+ years, I will not go anywhere else and I have referred friends, coworkers & family and even taken family there. Dr Hegmann & his staff are amazing, friendly and strive to give clients the best service. You would definitely be in good, safe hands with anyone here and the new office location is warm and inviting. Highly recommend, 100%!
Doctor Hegmann and his team are very person oriented and showcase this from reception- catching up something you mentioned months prior - to following up on previous concerns, past outcomes, and even how your career is going during the procedures. They create a comfortable, clean, and caring environment that I endorse every time a conversation about their type of service is brought up.
Staff very kind and took their time with me explaining everything to me.
