Went there this afternoon Sunday as the web-site said open. When I arrived to my chagrin, it was CLOSED!!! ARGGG
I just did my pool dives with an awesome instructor her name was Rita, she was so patient with me and my mask issues and she explained everything so well and really help me be confident in the water. Also, big shout out to the awesome DM Cindy that was great at encouraging us new divers and helping us with gear set up and explaining everything to us and calming me down when I got too much water in my mask. Great dive shop, lots of selection of different products. Great staff, I highly recommend them.
Best dive shop in Ottawa! Did my open water certification through them a few years ago and purchased a new BCD package with them today. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and took time to make sure all my questions were answered. Happy to support a local Ottawa business who takes great care of their clients.
