Wonderful, relaxing experience! I wish I knew to bring some sunglasses on a sunny day, I didn't realize it was outside as I booked on vibes lol. Would have loved a little more info and recommendations about how to best utilize certain things. Ex) cold plunge, what's the best amount of time to spend if you can? What is an Alchemist steam room? So cool that you can enjoy the bistro with awesome service in there! And aside from above everything is set up so perfectly and seamlessly! Would absolutely go again in a heartbeat!
My sister, mom and I went to the Nordic spa today and it was incredible! It’s been a few years since we have gone and we will be back very soon. We started off the day with a massage. All of our RMT’s did a fantastic job. We sent hours enjoying the hydrotherapy as well as the bistro and every single staff member went over and above and were so friendly. The new saunas overlooking the forest and relaxation room is amazing as well. Thanks for such a relaxing day at one of my favorite places in Alberta.

The nordic spa was fantastic. 4 different saunas, 2 steam rooms, an exfoliation cabin, cold plunge, 5 or 6 different temperature hot tubs, firepita for gathering and an excellent bistro for food and drinks. Mountain views and pure relaxation. No phones allowed which was great for disconnecting and enjoying the moment. We will be back in the fall for sure.
