Rufus was super friendly.
Rufus not only did a thorough and extraordinary job of applying the rustproofing to our Toyota Sequioa, but he also took the time to explain what and why he was doing it. Rufus was professional, communicational, and responsive, which was great to experience. I wish I would've done this years ago due to our Toyota Sequioa suffering from the same cancer that most Toyota SUV's and trucks do, rust. Really appreciate the amazing service, and hopeful that I the Krown application can slow down the rust on our Sequioa. A+ !!
