Not impressed. I have tried multiple times trying to figure out my professional account, and no one has really helped me figure it out. Called numerous times, sent emails, and I am done!! I was so excited for an e prescribe service, guess I’m gonna have to wait for Evergreen herbs to put theirs out now. Shame, really liked the Kan products and my patients did too.
Google says I went here five days ago but in reality my wife’s work is in the adjacent business, same parking lot entrance.
Their website feels like it was designed 20 yrs ago and is frustrating to navigate. Cost to ship is exorbitant; almost $13 to ship a 1oz vial (and that's the cheapest, non-rush price). Seriously? A USPS priority box is $7.20. They are profiting off of shipping. Difficult to even place an order. I wonder how they stay in business.
Fantastic products. Have made a really big difference for the various pain issues I have. Really love these products.
