Worse customer service ever! Walked in for make my documents notarized, not welcoming, Not even listening to you about the service that you need because of his high stress level and needing to go to the bank!!
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Hossein Kamoosi. While he may come across as polite, he is by far the most disorganized notary I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, his lack of attention to detail led to a significant error in the transfer of title on our property. When we brought this mistake to his attention, he mentioned he received our email but decided not to open it and he refused to take any responsibility, simply stating that "it is what it is."
