Receptionist had a very dry, dull demeanor with an extremely aggressive attitude. Sounds like she hates her job and is reading a script. Part of the "intake" was asking me whether I'm a US Citizen. I am, natural born, but she couldn't explain why she needed to know that, and got even more aggressive when asked for further info. Not interested in supporting this kind of business, even just based on customer service alone. Will be going with one of a hundred other firms in the area.

Confirmed with ARAG my revocable trust would be 100% covered, confirmed with front staff the consult and documents would be 100% covered, had a VERY lengthy conversation with Kamilah. She was uninterested in simply copying our information from our previous Living will documents, instead claimed she was more detailed than other lawyers. Kamilah and Elizabeth were great! They helped us as a young married couple get a trust and pour-over-will setup that will help keep us protected!
