Truly dishonorable people. I was away from my home in Ohio since April 2025 working on a long assignment out of state. In September 2025 I received notice that I was sued by them and a judgment was obtained against me without having any ability to defend myself Since I did not reçu initial notice of this legal action. Horrible law firm. They do not respond to any emails or calls and threaten eviction. Supposedly our property had unpaid HOA dues we were never notified about in writing or call. We found out we had to pay these lawyers for the unpaid dues because a sheriff tried to evict our tenant. When we contacted them to pay the fees, they started ignoring us. HOA and them both are scammers .. not responding to phone calls or emails . Only to send a late fee and legal fee and ask you to pay for it rude on the phone I paid the hoa fee that the HOA company said they’ll dismissed since the parked car outside my house on my drive way that I pay for and no one else do was sold … after 8 month they send it double with legal fee only to get to talk to a this Kaman & Cusimano LLC one Zero Stars !
