HOA and them both are scammers .. not responding to phone calls or emails . Only to send a late fee and legal fee and ask you to pay for it rude on the phone I paid the hoa fee that the HOA company said they’ll dismissed since the parked car outside my house on my drive way that I pay for and no one else do was sold … after 8 month they send it double with legal fee only to get to talk to a this Kaman & Cusimano LLC one Zero Stars !
Very upsetting and feel like im being scammed. After I was assulted and lost my jobs FROM A NEIGHBOR. I asked for owners name and address to file a lawsuit after 52 emergency calls and my dog being killed i have no one to JUST LISTEN AND WORK WITH ME. NOW ALMOST 3 MONTHS I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS.? IM A BOARD MEMBER, OUR HOA GOES UP 80$ A MONTH THEN NO COMMUNICATION AND CANT MAKE A PAYMENT? After 2 and a half months of no returned phone calls or any information provided at all, as a board member I feel that our community is being taken advantage of. The HOA property management company changed hands. There was a violent tennant that lived below me and remained on the property after being evicted.
