If I could give it 0 stars I would. 1) Horrible way of communicating the invoices, splitting it into 3 separate invoices of similar value, and then expecting their client to figure out the total cost is the 3 of them combined! 2) Poor wording of the will, with several mistakes and contradictions, which my UK lawyer caught and had to ask them to correct, which KKI promptly billed to me for their time spent to correct their incompetence.
