I am truly disgusted with the fraud department. They will disabled your debit card and then give irrelevant answers as to why or no answer at all.
Zero diversity and horrible culture. Good luck if you get fraud, one of the worst organizations when it comes to dealing with fraud and truly looking out for its members.
The worst most outdated bank ever. You can’t shut off your card using the app. You can’t move any money out of savings without making a 10 min phone call. They don’t have any wire money services. I had 20 fraudulent charges come through at once from the same website and they didn’t even flag that as suspicious and charged me another $100 of over draft fees.
