Terrible roll out of new bill pay system! I followed instructions and stopped at a branch, talked to a representative and he had me logon to my bill pay acct. then he looked over all my items and said I’d be fine! Well I find out today via a recording when I called the back because all my previous bill pay info is gone that I have to set it all up again. Would have been nice if the representative would have told me that when I stopped by the bank!
Jasmine was incredibly helpful, I have a hard time with my mobile app and she helped me with my payment. Got me back on track and help me start an online account. You cannot find help like this anymore. She is definitely an asset to your corporation. Thank you she deserves a raise!!!
Jasmine is a Joy! Thank you for choosing to help me Jaz! Extremely helpful and courteous. Jaz is a Rebel but I cannot tell...
I love this Kalsee branch. They are always friendly and helpful. Jasmine was able to help me with my account and made it easy for me to change my loan due date to coincide with my direct deposit. Thank you. Mary Caldwell
