Customer Service is excellent and they’re very helpful when it comes to solving problems.
Every time I do a transfer it says oops The system is down that's frustrating
I am truly disgusted with the fraud department. They will disabled your debit card and then give irrelevant answers as to why or no answer at all.
Zero diversity and horrible culture. Good luck if you get fraud, one of the worst organizations when it comes to dealing with fraud and truly looking out for its members.
