Company was just disbanded after their portfolio's were split between Firecrown Media and LabX Media Group, and the building was just sold to another company. All in all, it was a great company to deal with.

My husband is a long time subscriber but I would give 0 stars but it isn't an option. My husband ordered 1 year subscription but was charged for 2 years. When we both tried to contact them, we were not successful. We went to our bank to challenge the double charge and received word that it was still in attrbitration. If my husband doesn't get this resolved, we will cancel any further service and go on Facebook and other social media sites and post this experience.

I'm subscribed to "FineScale Modeler", since my son is a scale models aficionado. More than a month ago I ran into issue with subscription, and I wanted to check my subscriptions status. I purchased an annual international subscription to Discover Magazine, to be delivered to my home in the EU every second month (I was assigned the following number: 92080600944).
