Dr Kalio has been a lifesaver for my hearing needs, especially relating to my professional needs to hear and communicate . She also services with integrity and thoughtfulness. Sarah, her office manager is also helpful and has my needs in focus. Glad I found this office.
Have never worn hearing aids before and was not excited about the whole thing because my wife has had them for a few years through someone else not Dr. Kallio and has had issue after issue with no resolution. I have been with my wife at her hearing aid appointments and the difference in experience, qualifications and customer education/advice is overwhelming. Great place, Staff Wonderful, helpful everything from exam to hearing aid fitting to very affordable, excepts insurance. Definitely call for hearing needs!
After sidelining my hearing aids because of tanglement with mask during “that” era, I returned today for a checkup, test and systems check of old devises which Dr. Kallio trouble shot and fine tuned. I’ll keep them as backups since I decided to go with the latest tech and no more batteries! The best part though was of course their engaging and prompt attentiveness to duty at hand while being their natural really nice selves. I love this of all medical related appointments
