Waited a total of 28 hours. The only answer I got: “Your load hasn’t arrived from Mexico. Not our problem.” No idea when it’ll come — maybe today, maybe not. I don’t know if it’s Fresh Xpress Inc. or the shipper causing the delay, but this place shows zero respect for drivers. No restroom either — not a big deal since Loves is nearby, but still very disrespectful. Terrible experience.
This place is good. I got loaded in about an hour and the best part is there is overnight parking here, but only if you’re picking up or delivering
If you're going to Zucarmex, you check in at door 40. They open at 8:30am. Pretty quick loading.
