I was so excited when this place opened for business about 4 blocks from my house. Been a loyal customer to their competitor just north of them since they opened when recreational became legal but I thought I'd give Kaleafa a try. First thing I noticed was it looked well set up and nice open floor and displays. Great selection but then I saw prices. Not even close to the competition. Way too high! Only ever been here once in the middle of the day. DONT EVER GO NEAR CLOSING TIME. They will yell through the whole store "2 MINUTES" while there is 6 people standing around burning labor. I had an online order which apparently get canceled at 945. 15 minutes before closing so they're allowed to close well before business hours are even over is what thats telling me. Horrible experience. App told me $100.80 left store paying 125!? How does this make sense if I place my order on the app and then they pull this at register. Have been going since open and will not be returning. Thank you so much for my “Birthday discount”

If i could do zero stars i would. They price gouge so bad. They’ll often get a new brand or a familiar brand, price it at market value, and then they raise the price on the next batch. And expect another increases less than 6 months after that. They stop pre orders an hour before, so if you go in and ask for a pre order discount, they refuse to honor it, because “the product is first come first serve”. Whatever that meant, according to a budtender. So i walked out. Go up the street to GreenSide. You’ll thank me
