Ordered this coffee for our employees at the shop. Abby was great and deserves a raise!!! There was a mishap with our first order at the fault of the carrier. Abby immediately fixed the issue and made sure our order was expedited!
I haven’t not visited the Roastery, but need to give Kaldi a 5 star review for their customer service. Over the years we have had a couple of mess ups in our orders, and every time they respond quickly, kindly, and with the customers best interest in mind.
Did the coffee tour. There was a lot to learn about roasting and tasting coffee. If you love coffee, this tour and tasting is perfect!
Top notch, best coffee around! We wouldn't use anything but Kaldis in our coffee shop.
