First time placing an order with Kalapana…I didn’t know what to expect and was nervous…order arrived timely, orchids were very well packaged and I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the orchids…some in bloom…great roots…very pleased. Plus, customer service sending me an email when my orchids were sent meant a lot. Usually a business just sends tracking, not a personal message. We’ve purchased orchids from Kalapana for years. They always arrive in perfect condition and right on time. Just recently, they helped put together a special selection of orchids so we could make a terrarium. Highly recommended and great people.

We love our orchids! They are absolutely beautiful! They came very well Packaged and really look nice. We have had them for several months and they have been easy to maintain. The company is very good to work with and the owners are amazing people.
