Love this rehab gym, where I only compete against myself & own goals. (A double hip replacement, in 2 gos) I can also tweak my program with physio help, if I run into difficulty. Eg I used to have a calf doctor I called the physio, who advised me on my style of tennis contributing to that.

This is my favourite part of the week, Pilates on Monday mornings and it is a great workout if you want it to be or more of a social interaction if you don’t.
Lovely first visit to Kalamunda Physio what a great find! Friendly and welcoming receptionist and enjoyed my great session with Simone. My back felt instantly better and I will definitely put in the work to support better health of my spine.. Looking forward to my next visit!
