Lacks customer service. Was told that they don’t deal with home owners just so they don’t have to talk or deal with customers with concerns or complaints.
This place "ROCKS". Excellent customer service, excellent pricing, and professional business overall. The rock looks amazing! Thanks again Ryan and Kalamazoo. You made our dreams, a reality. Will be shopping again, and recommending to all that we know.
