Awesome customer service!
Been waiting on an overpayment to be mailed to me regarding a vehicle trade/purchase. The bank says the overpayment was mailed July 22, 2024 and today 08/12/2024, no check. I noticed that my new car loan bill was mailed to me "First Class Mail" and I received it promptly. Wonder why when KCSBank owes you money they take the slow route to ensure you get your money, but when they want their money they mail their correspondence using First Class Mail.

Been with KCSB for years! Love that a real person answers the phone and helps with any issue you may have. Love the family feel too! Would rather use them over a big chain bank for all my banking needs.
