Attention i am totally dissatisfied with this insurance company! I am two weeks into my claim and I know absolutely nothing! I went from being a home owner of three years never missing a payment on my home insurance, my house caught on fire me and son have been staying in a hotel with what little we have left and experienced people trying to come in and steal our personal belongings!And now they want us to move into another home and pay payments when I am already still paying bills at my home.Knowing I am part-time at my job... read more
They are not very quick at responding.
Even though I have had a policy with them for 8 years, they are still non responsive. Have left several messages and sent text messages with no response and still haven’t had a anyone reach back out. Will be shopping for new insurance.
