An Internet company like this is a rarity anymore. They will actually call you when your card is expiring. I don’t know any utilities provider who will take the time to do that. The personal touch, service and reliability is top notch. They make comcast look like a joke

Love Kalama Telephone Company , Rachel is the best follows up on calls and where else can you get the service of one ring and they answer , My wife and I Love them down in town will never ever go back to big cable company Just the service is worth it . These people deserve more than 5 stars. I called the office last night around 4:38pm after getting home after a long day of work to find out the from losing power the night before, when the power came back on the power surge took out our router and we had no WIFI. The lady at the office was so nice and pleasant she tried to troubleshoot it over the phone with no success, so she put me on hold to call a tech.
