This is the cutest store, so many great gift ideas and the customer service was top notch , I bought a puzzle @ Kala and while shopping in other stores I left it in another store by accident and it closed before I realized it and couldn't get ahold of that owner, we reached out to Kala to explain our situation and to let her know if the puzzle was returned to her from the other store it was ours and she came back to her store after closing and gave me another puzzle and said she would get it back from the store when it opene... read more
House of Kala is a fantastic store in Bracebridge that carries local and national products that have never disappointed. In the last three years I have purchased (and been gifted) clothing, housewares, puzzles, cleaning supplies, books, candles, plants, espresso mugs, and today - beautiful slippers. Had the pleasure of checking out Kala's this past week and it is the cutest store. I wish I had just gotten paid so I could have purchased more. Fair prices for the area and the quality of items you can get. I did pick up spicy sliced pickles and they are delicious. They have a variety of items, mostly home goods/wellness. Owner (or the woman working) was sweet as well.
