I called and spoke to the owner and received a fixed price for a wash, cut, style. On arrival, I explained to the owner I was disabled as an FYI and she verbally expressed she had no questions nor concerns. Following that when I got into the chair, her behavior was rude and belligerent and she kept escalating. Anything I said to explain more about the haircut, she backhanded me with some passive aggressive, rude comment.
