totally not worth the hype!!!! we got a chocolate milkshake and chocolate ice cream, and we've had better ones in our lives . the bourbon pecan truffle was fantastic and the biscochitto truffle was great. you also can't even look at the first showcase of truffles without standing in line so if it's your first time here, you gotta make quick decisions. very expensive
A Santa Fe must! The chocolates are soooo good, so good that even though I've moved away, I like to have them shipped to me. The horchata truffles and Pinon caramels are my favorite. And what makes this place even more special are the staff. Always so warm and friendly despite being so busy.
Wow, get there early....or late...we got there mid day and there was a line out the door which was only like 10 people as the place is TINY! We got I think it was called NM Elixir, in small. It was the one with chile and a touch (not much) sweetened by coconut sugar. A small was like 3 ounces for $4.75 Then we got an array of truffles, caramels, and choc dipped chilis....so far all those tasted good! Everything we got was chili spicy. Kakawa was so worth the stop. The hot coco flight was so much fun to try the different blends that are on rotation. We loved the Jeffersonian and were excited to bring some back home with us. Cozy little spot.
