Wonderful, consistent, professional. I have been going to Kaizen for years and it will continue to be my favourite for remedial massage. KJ and Aileen are incredible, they’re both highly skilled and so well attuned to my body. I always leave feeling relaxed, restored and rejuvenated. They promptly respond to accomodate bookings and are always professional and kind. I highly recommend Kaizen Massage.

Will never come back here. Dodgy business where they double booked and asked customers to wait for 30 mins, to only be told that they have other customer. Not only that, I was already in the massage room, and the masseuse came and told me they have another customer waiting so sorry she can’t accommodate me anymore. The other customer was also asked to come back after 30 mins.She was told she was 2 mins late so now they have another customer.
