Kaizen had always been my go to place for all my massage therapy needs, be it deep tissue or hot stone. The group as a team are very friendly. The RMT’s here have very good number of years of experience. I would recommend Tiffany. The rooms are well designed to calm your mind and relax you through the process. Over all a 10/10. The front office people are also kind and greet you well.
I had an excellent experience at Kaizen Health Group. Priyanka was very professional and attentive throughout the session. She carefully focused on the areas I described, especially my lower back, and applied the right techniques to relieve the pain. The stretching at the end really helped loosen up the muscles and made a noticeable difference. The environment was calm and relaxing — overall a great experience. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
