Sabrina was very knowledgeable and engaging. Cheyenne was very courteous. Both were very pleasant. Much appreciated their service.
I do not recommend anyone visiting Kaizen. I’ve been to Kaizen multiple times for RMT massages and it was never as good as these reviews make it seem, but today’s experience was especially disappointing. I booked a 60-minute massage for 12:00 p.m. and arrived a few minutes early. This was our first visit to Kaizen, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The registration and insurance process was quick, easy, and seamless. I had a hot stone massage with Robin, and my husband had a deep tissue massage with Katya.
