Horrible customer service. The guy making my drink was rude and started cursing and lashing out because I asked him to remake my drink and when he started he dropped it and it was when the whole incident happened. Then when I came to grab my drink he totally ignored me and banged my drink on the table. His whole attitude made this experience very unpleasant. I will not be coming back because of this.Â
My favorite boba in the area, always clean and spacious and amazing service. Julia's the best and always makes drinks quickly with great qualityÂ
We ordered BEFORE 15 other customers and they all received their orders and some even were able to eat/drink their food and left. We only ordered 4 items. This place was better when it was Kulu. Service here is SLOWWWW. It was a Wednesday night so I can only imagine how weekends are here. We ended up getting a refund. They didn't even start making our food. I will not be returning. Highly do NOT recommend. Many other better options in the area.Â
Amazing place, amazing costumer service, And EVEN GREATER FOOD! I love the workers and the over all vibe here! This is the best boba I’ve HAD in my life, Conner made my taro boba float so good I shed tears.Â
Amazing place with great customer service. Conner and Julia were awesomeÂ
