Kaitie helped me and my husband every step of the way! I came into the home buying process not knowing as much as I should but Kaitie talked me through loan options and what would work best for our lives. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to answer any and all questions. Even when the coronavirus pandemic started and our employment was up in the air, she helped walk us through the worst and best case scenarios and found us a great interest rate! She was easy to talk to and always very helpful.

Katie and her co-workers at Union Mortgage made buying a house simple. Katie was patient and very caring. She explained every step needed to move the process along. I would get emails, and phone calls to keep me in track. I'm from out of state and long distance didnt matter, Katie made me feel like I was next door. I felt so comfortable in what could of been a very stressful situation. I recommend Katie and her team to anyone purchasing a new home.

My husband Ken Johnson and I recently bought our first home. Kaitie showed us seemingly endless patience, reassurance and expertise during the process. She was quick to respond to questions and made sure we kept to the timeline. We feel very lucky to have had Kaitie as our loan originator and to have Union Home Mortgage as our mortgage team as a whole. Most important to us: we feel as though we made a lifelong friend in the process.

Kaitie is the best at what she does and that is make dreams come true! She and her colleague Courtney are always available.
