No help whatsoever. Received no assistance at all when attempting to roll an inactive account over to an active account. Hassled for personal information they did not need, and could have acted without since they were not absolutely required to obtain that information. Could have retained my business, but would not cooperate without detailed personal information that I was unwilling to provide.
