This is a pay out of pocket service. I lost lots of weight but not enough. Once off the liquid diet I attended the after care follow up program for over a year. I kept the weight off for a couple of years but gained it back slowly. I BELIEVE IF THIS PROGRAM HAD ALLOWED ME TO USE OPTIFAST LONG ENOUGH TO REACH MY IDEAL WEIGHT I COULD HAVE KEPT IT OFF. Other Kaiser service areas DO let you do this. It was very costly. For the money you spend you might want to consider a non Kaiser run program!!!
