I reached out for help to this facility to get transportation to and from the store to get WIC items and diapers for my twins, I am very new to saginaw! This facility is unsafe, unprofessional, and should be shut down immediately before more children are harmed. The fact that it even holds a 3-star rating should be an immediate red flag—it is not a safe or nurturing environment for the youth who are forced to stay here. From the way the staff treat the kids, it is clear they care only about money and not about providing care, support, or even basic human needs. If I could give negative stars, I would. Holy Cross ILP Services in Saginaw is not a safe haven—it is neglectful, harmful, and deeply misleading. They claim to be “Christian-based” and supportive of youth, but in reality, kids are left without food, without guidance, and without safety. When new residents arrive, they come in with nothing no food stamps, no money, no basic supplies. Instead of helping kids learn to cook, shop, or budget, staff sit back and let them go hungry. DO NOT come here if you are lgbt and looking for help. We got a kid outta there who was called slurs and now is refusing to give the kid their stuff back without causing some drama first. So much for being a “Christian” establishment. Your god would strike this place down if he was real. You do not treat people like that and then think it’s okay to do so because of your religion.
