I’ve been coming to this place for years, but only out of convenience. Every single visit, I’m left waiting for hours. I understand everyone gets busy, but here it’s almost impossible to get a straight answer—whether in person or even over the phone. The customer service is consistently disappointing, and I would not recommend this place at all. They took the time to explain what they could do—and what they couldn’t (such as apostille translations) — so I knew what to expect. From the very first phone call to the last email, the process was smooth and painless. I highly recommend their services.
