I hope they see this and handle this driver, immediately, before their driver kills someone. This was 10/03/2025. This driver had just took exit 98 off of the Northbound side of I-81 in the Pulaski County area of Virginia (USA), and completely blew through the stop-sign at the end of the ramp, almost causing a catastrophic crash.
