Kainos is a system of special needs homes, retirement center and day programs. They are one of a kind and unique to the Bay area. If you are considering a placement for your special needs adult family member, this is a place you should consider and apply. Unprofessional and rude staff. The Kainos staff is putting danger resident with low immunity by not wearing mask in time of Covid epidemic . When you sent something to residents they do not sent you thankful note. The admission, safety, financial benefits should be investigated. When you text to your child she will respond “she wish to talk to you “but after hour someone will text -“no contact” . When you email your child they refused to complied with confidentiality.
