I had a lovely morning at Kaia day spa. Chiara provided me with an exceptional massage and facial. Absolutely recommend Kaia day spa for those travelling in Port Douglas & seeking a true massage experience. Hospitality is also phenomenal with option to collect you from accommodation if staying locally. Exceptional.
Great service as they managed to move things around so my wife and I could be done at the same time. Awesome massages although the table did hurt my face lying down but it may have been a sore spot on my eyebrow so no stars off for that. Great after care advice as well
I recently had a full body massage at Kaia day spa with Sydney as my Therapist and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Sydney has an incredible touch and clearly understands how to tailor the treatment to individual needs. We just had a couples massage at Kaia, and it was hands-down absolutely INCREDIBLE. We are staying at the Sheraton and I have to say, the massage has been the BEST part of our 6 day stay up in Port Douglas. I had Theresa as my masseuse, who is small but mighty with her strength and skill. I am heavily pregnant & have had terrible pain so far throughout my 3rd trimester. Visited the day spa - located in the older part of the Sheraton Resort, the spa area was quiet and tranquil, and also near the Sheraton Gym. While it is a seperately run business, the staff were amazing right from the first minute, and the treatment to an awesome massage was well awarded. Will visit again!
