There's a fruit and veggie stand next to the store in the parking lot. The prices are comparable to what you'll find at Hilo Farmers Market. When I discovered this place, I really appreciated that I did not have to drive all the way across town to get Farmers Market produce. The lady running the stand was very nice and friendly. She told me the stand is open Monday through Friday
Down to earth atmosphere and Mr. Kai is the best! Check out the dried fish, yummy!
Local poi and the malasadas truck is so amazing that you have to get there early or they are sold out.
