Edited: Owner helped by adjusting restocking fee some more so I am comfortable adjusting to 3 stars. Please pay attention to these reviews, if you are not 100% satisfied with the chair in the store, the chair does not get better when it shows up to your home I am being asked to pay a $3,000 restocking fee after being misled about specific features of the chair (KAPPA roller intensity can NOT be adjusted like I was promised) I still like the chair OK but everybody else in the house can’t use it because it is so intense. Purchase this new chair from Kahuna Message Chair in North Richland Hills, Texas. The Kahuna chair is called “cloud” but I have an issue in that I can’t use the foot rollers due to air bags squeezing the feet so hard that it feels like the bones are going to break.! The Kahuna service center said nothing can be adjusted and dealer wants additional money to swap due to “stocking fee.”
5 stars. I have diagnosed back problems and am usually in pain for most of the day while working. I bought a chair from here a few weeks ago and it really helps.
