Nice facility and trolley ride! Pretty straight-forward.
Gone are the days of lining up and taking the corporate buses to the rental car locations on the outer perimeter of the airport; now just cross the street to the tram and be transported to the car rental center (you can walk if that's your thing, too). Preferred members can go downstairs to pick up your car, otherwise you can use the upper floor counter service.
