I was not completely satisfied with my overall experience with this law firm. They did accomplish the primary goal I hired them for, and I appreciate their assistance in addressing the potential threat of a lien. However, I was given the impression by the attorney I was working with that they would continue assisting me with pursuing the matter in Small Claims Court, which ultimately was not the case. Called to ask a quick question…receptionist transferred me to the family attorney…got a Voicemail. Said I had a quick question asking for a call back. Call back was from a different receptionist who then says she could setup a consultation for a fee. Fee? I said if the attorney took my call and said No to my question, there would be No need for consultation. If attorney said Yes to my question then a consultation would be needed.
