This firm is good at putting initial documents in place. However, use caution if you wish to revise documents or make transactions as a power of attorney. Allison poirier gets one star, but the other lawyers may be OK. I am an honest / decent human being and am trying to protect the well-being of my elderly parents and their assets. Unfortunately, Allison has major trust issues and strung me along for weeks in anticipation of completing a legal transaction and then at the last minute dropped me and my family as a client.
