Came in to visit an old friend. She is very upbeat and has a great sense of humor. The staff all know her and she loves to watch them working and bustling about. The facility is clean and welcoming.
No bad smells. Caregiver of person I visited was kind and friendly.
Visited with my therapy dog RuPaul. The staff went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. The residents that we met loved RuPaul. There are so many staff that helped make this a wonderful visit and I wish I had written down their names. Abi (B?) was very helpful.
Brought my wife to LCC so she can get ongoing physical therapy after extensive back surgery. So far the experience has been excellent. The nurses, Margaret and Maureen (sp?), are wonderful, as were all the nurses aides that we've met. We're very optimistic that she'll get the care and PT she needs over the next week or two.
